3.1.3 The service will be automatically cancelled when the expiry date has passed. There is no automatic renewal of the service without an additional request from the User.
3.1.4. After successful payment, a notification of successful payment (payment confirmation) is sent to the e-mail address entered by the User at the time of payment, as well as all necessary information for using the service.
3.1.5. After successful payment for the selected service, the User receives the service (access to the service) within 24 hours of making the payment. If the User is required to perform any action in order to obtain the Service (e.g. clicking on a link provided in an email that the User receives after payment, sending an email to the Support Service, etc.), in this case the Service must be provided within 24 hours after the User performs the required action.
4. Additional conditions
4.1 The User agrees that the amount charged to his/her credit card or other payment methods may differ slightly from the amount stated in the price of the goods, and unconditionally agrees to the digitaldate's right to determine the internal exchange rate.
4.2 By entering into this User Agreement, the User confirms his/her full legal capacity, ability to act and compliance with the terms of this User Agreement.
4.3 In entering into the User Agreement (deciding to accept the terms of the agreement) on behalf of the Organisation, the User shall perform the terms of this User Agreement in relation to the Organisation and confirms its authority to bind its Organisation to those terms. In this case, the term "User" refers to you as a legal person and to the organization you represent.
4.4 The https://digitaldate.net/ website is an online resource presented by the Company HV oden s.r.o. has the right to place advertising links, banners, as well as other types of advertising and marketing tools on other Internet resources to attract customers to its own resources.
4.5 If the User reached the https://digitaldate.net/ site through a link, banner, advertising display, etc. from another Internet source, the User may, in some cases, receive a bonus, service as a gift, etc. from this source.
